Why would a business want to use email?

Why would a business want to use email?
For contacting customers, and for promotional/marketing purposes.
Reply:As a fast and efficient way for employees to communicate with each other - to ask questions, share information, delegate tasks, etc.
Reply:1) It is cost-effective! You can send thousands of emails and it only costs you your internet usage - imagine how much it would cost to send these by post.


2) It is instantaneous


3) You can send links, pictures and words.


4) You can prove its been recieved.


5) It is convenient
