How can I forward emails from my business microsoft outlook 2003 account to my home email account??

I would open the emails you want to email to yourself, and then click the foward button. I am assuming you are talking about emails sent to you, not what you type up to send out.
How can I forward emails from my business microsoft outlook 2003 account to my home email account??
just email them to your home email.i changed email servers mo.s back and needed some of the ones from old account %26amp; this worked well for me.
Reply:The best way to do this is to export your e-mail to a file (click File, then Import and Export, and follow the directions), and then simply e-mail yourself that file. You will want a camma-delimited file (.csv), and then you can import it into the other e-mail client.
Reply:If you just want to forward one or two messages, go to the message you want to forward and then click the "Forward" button on the toolbar, or select Actions-%26gt;Forward from the menu, or just type Ctrl-F.

If you want to automatically forward emails that match certain criteria, AND IT'S OK WITH YOUR COMPANY, then you'll need to set up a Rule with Tools-%26gt;Rules and Alerts. There's a wizard that's pretty straightforward.
Reply:Tools - rules - new rule - start with a blank rule - check messages when they arrive - check "throught the specified account" - hit next - check foreward it to people or distrubution list - click "people or distribution list", put in the address for your home email account. hit finish.

When it asks if you want to run this operation on all messages in your box, hit NO.
Reply:Click on the forward button in the toolbar at the top and type in your email address and then click send.
