How do I move folders/messages from the 1st address to the 2nd address. I've been forwarding one message at a time, but it is a giant task. Same for contacts how to copy/move to 2nd account. Many thanks for any help! TA

I think doing the same online is herculian task.
Better you go for YPOPS, install this software and use software like OUTLOOK express to manage email.
Ypops is available for free.
You can manage both the account from single window.
Only problem is old message will not visible online if you have enabled delete from server after downloading,
Hope your task of transferring will be reduced.
