Show my business name and email to customers?

I am wanting to use yahoo email for my business. I have changed the way a customer would view an email from me so that it shows my business name in the 'from' field and my business email in the 'reply to' field but this doesn't seem to be working? In the 'from' field it still shows my yahoo email address and when someone hits 'reply to' they can see my yahoo email and under it is my business address for them to reply to? Any help would be great as I want my business to look professional and I have filled in details correctly as far as I can see...thanks
