(people keep thinking if this is asking a sick person is he is getting well. this is not what I wanna say. I just wanna say sth like how are you, how are you doing stuff like that. but maybe more commonly used in business emails)

What does 'sth' mean? I've never seen that before.
In business writing (a letter or e-mail), people do not usually refer to the health and welfare of the people they are writing to unless someone has been seriously ill.
