I have 2 email addresses- messages sent to my business one aren't being frowarded to my personal one- why?

People who visit my business web site who try to email me on my business e-mail address- but I never get the mail... and it is supposed to be forwarded to my personal email address. I have added filters and it has not changed. Any ideas? It used to work just fine... but over the last month I have been asked by clients why I am not getting back to them... but I never got their e-mail.

Sounds like a website issue. When the client clicks on "Contact me" , they should be contacting both addresses.





As far as e-mail providers go, things can change without notice. A feature as forwarding might not be available any longer.
