Barb here, can't seem to get into my email,tried everything. I need help. I run a Business with this email.

My old email is kemererbarb@yahoo.com. Two days ago I tried to sign in, and it kept telling me I had the wrong ID or wrong password. I know both was right but still it would not let me in. Even did everything they told me to do and still can't get into my email. Please someone help I run my Business with that email. I sign up for another email address hoping to be able to email them about this problem, hope that didn't hurt my chances of getting my old email back.
