No. If the web page is set up using GET or POST (i.e. if there is a text box in the form to submit a response) methods, then you won't.
However, if you want a response back from them, it would be best to include your e-mail. Chances are they will provide you with another box to input your e-mail address. Simply sending a response does not require using your e-mail, but they must have their page implemented correctly. You have no control over this, though.
