I have my own domain email with Yahoo Small Business and I'd like to know how I can set my email to send an "I'm on vacation" relply to my received emails. Is this possible?

Go to Options %26gt; Vacation Response (or in Beta version, go to Options %26gt; Mail Options %26gt; Vacation Response).
Be careful about using this feature. It will send a reply to ALL emails that hit your inbox, the good mails AND the spam. Do you want to alert the spammers to your active business address? It could unleash a FLOOD of spam mails landing in your inbox.
